From each individual stems a warmth and spirit that brings our community together and benefits our students. Life can be so hectic these days, that it seems like adding one more thing may break the camel’s back. In actuality, it may be that one thing that may change a negative outlook into a positive one. Whether you only have 1 hour or 1 day to spare, the time you spend as a school volunteer can provide you with benefits. Giving back to your child’s school creates a tie to your child’s daily environment. The time and talent you share has an impact that will be remembered both by you and your child. Don’t miss out on an opportunity to get involved — I promise you, there’s a job for everyone that can fit their available time and talents. Please join us at our Volunteer Meeting on Friday, September 3 at 9 a.m at Bay Café to find out how you can help.

\*In 2020, the International School of the Peninsula (ISTP) formally changed its name to Silicon Valley International School (INTL) to better reflect its bilingual programs, location, and international values.
